2023 Customer Survey Results

The annual Denca Controls Customer Survey is a valuable opportunity to get feedback from our customers. We rely on your objective reviews of the projects we undertake for you to understand our strengths and weaknesses so we can focus on delivering the best possible products and services.  

As in previous years, your feedback in the 2023 survey has been overwhelmingly positive, and it is all valuable and informative. We truly appreciate every single response. It means a lot to the whole team to read that customers are pleased with our work as we endeavour to stay at the top of our game.

While positive feedback is always welcome, we recognise we are not perfect! Consequently, learning that we might have fallen short in an area is immensely valuable. This information is the key to driving improvement.

Our survey also gives customers the opportunity to comment anonymously. This is different from everyday, face to face, communications where. it can be easy to think that criticism isn’t appropriate. This is never the case! If you weren’t fully satisfied with our work, we need to know. We welcome all feedback and take it very seriously. It is an opportunity to improve. 

In line with previous years, the 2023 survey included a prize draw for all participants. We are pleased to announce that Steve at Heinz (pictured above with Denca’s Garath Coulter) was the name out of the hat! Congratulations, Steve!
