Our annual Customer Survey is an important tool for us as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible service to you. The 2017 Survey is now underway.
The questionnaire is quick and easy and can be completed on-line HERE*. Please do let us know what you think. It will only take a minute and, what’s more, all completed questionnaires will be entered into a draw to win the latest GoPro Hero 5 Session Action Camera. (please note: only 1 entry each!).
We will publish the results and let you know what our development plans are for the coming year.
We had a great response to our questionnaire last year, with the feedback helping us understand our strengths and the areas where we can improve.
All completed questionnaires returned by Friday, 14th April 2017 will be entered into the draw. The winner will be chosen at random on 18th April.
