As you may well know, Denca has an ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible service to all of our customers. Our annual Customer Survey is an important tool, allowing you to give your opinion of how we are doing.

It will only take a minute and, at the same time, you will be supporting the mental health of young people.
As part of our surveys in previous years, we have held a prize draw. However this year, with the significant impact of the Covid pandemic on people’s mental health across the country and in an effort to increase awareness of the issues, we have decided to do something a bit different.
We plan to help and support a local specialist charity, YoungMinds, in their work with children and young people. For every completed questionnaire we receive by the closing date, Denca will make a charitable donation to YoungMinds.
Once the survey is finished, we will publish details of our donations, together with a summary of all the responses.
We had a great response to our questionnaire last year, with the feedback helping us understand our strengths and the areas where we can improve.
