We want to share an important update regarding the leadership of the business.
After his successful time as Managing Director, Simon Illidge will be retiring in December.
Simon has made a significant contribution to the business during his time as Managing Director. We would like to thank him for his leadership, commitment and everything he has done for the company. He leaves the business in a strong position. We are sure everyone will join us in wishing him a long, happy and well-deserved retirement.
Business Continuity
Having worked as part of the Denca Team for many years, Steve Walsh will become Managing Director when Simon retires in December.
Steve knows the business extremely well and brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to the role. We are confident he is the right person to take the business forward. Steve’s appointment builds on what we have achieved and continues to drive our plans and ambitions for the future.
Over the coming months, Simon and Steve will work closely together to ensure a smooth handover and continuity across the business.
