Denca apprentices learn practical skills which are underpinned with a formal technical qualification, which is completed on a day release basis at a local technical college. These qualifications include HNC, ONC and various other vocational courses. Our apprentices also complete their NVQs as part of the scheme.

The automation sector offers many exciting opportunities to work in various sectors of industry. Typical factories we work with include car production, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, brewing and utilities as well as many others.
Denca apprenticeships vary in duration, dependent on the discipline. Typically they run for 2 – 4 years,
Denca recruits apprentices every year and the ongoing success of this scheme is very important to the continuing growth of our company so we look forward to welcoming many more young engineers in the future.
