‘Recognising service excellence across the Denca team’
Denca’s aim is to put the customer at the centre of what we do. We actively encourage and promote this theme across the company.
One of the ways we do this is by recognising the people who have demonstrated their belief in, and engagement with, the core values of our organisation.
Our main reward scheme is called FAIR. The programme references our most important values and aspirations.
We believe it’s these principles that help us to maintain a positive and long-lasting relationship with our customers. Some we have worked alongside for more than twenty years.
Once a month, the management team reviews all the FAIR nominations submitted by colleagues and customers over the past 30 days, in recognition of a member of the Denca team who has ‘gone the extra mile‘. They then select the person or people whose actions most clearly reflects our FAIR values and perhaps has gone above and beyond to achieve great results for our customer.
Winners receives a £50 voucher, as well as internal and external recognition.
The FAIR Award programme is proving extremely popular and undoubtedly helps drive our aim of being customer-focused. The regular, complimentary feedback from valued customers encourages us all and reinforces our belief in this approach.
We take nominations from customers as well as internal colleagues, so please feel free to nominate any one of our employees who you feel has acted in a particularly positive or helpful way. Nominations from customers are always particularly welcome. They help to create the virtuous circle of continuous improvement we strive for.
