Engaging With Future Talent

Our Software department leaders recently returned to the Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) Careers Fair. This continues our long-standing support of graduate recruitment and engagement with the next generation of software engineering talent.

The event provided an excellent opportunity for us to meet students from a range of technical disciplines. We could discuss career opportunities within the business, and offer insight into the ever-evolving world of industrial automation and software development.

Throughout the event, the team engaged with students interested in pursuing careers in software engineering, digital technologies, and automation systems, sharing information about working life at Denca and the diverse projects delivered across a range of industries. Furthermore, we welcomed the opportunity to answer questions about graduate careers, industry challenges, and the skills required to succeed within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Denca is committed to investing in future talent. These events are an important way to bridge the gap between education and industry. Additionally, by engaging directly with local students, the team can provide valuable insight into real-world engineering and software development careers. Also, the fair is helpful to identify potential future members of our team.

Thanks to LJMU for hosting another successful and well-organised event. We look forward to maintaining contact with the talented individuals met throughout the day and continuing to support the development of future generations.
