Since completion of the extension and refurbishment work on Denca’s Control Panel workshop in late 2014, our expanded capacity has led to a marked increase in work.
The floor space area has been tripled and our new production area provides a light and bright area for assembling a full and wide range of Control Panels.
A great team
Enhanced facilities are nothing without the best people and Denca’s Control Panel team is headed by Manufacturing Manager, Vinny Daly. Well respected in the Control Panel world, Vinny has many years experience in building a wide range of different panels and brings new levels of expertise and know-how to Denca’s renowned facility delivering panels large and small.
Vinny’s first job on arrival was to assemble a large high end 8 metre long Control Panel for a nuclear utility customer. Alongside large, high-profile panels, the team is just as at home designing and building smaller and less sophisticated items such as Push Button Stations, Patch Panels and Junction boxes with more sophisticated Motor Control Panels, SCADA, HMI, PLC and Relay Logic Panels forming an important part of our manufacturing portfolio too.
Denca has recently finished assembling several high end Heat Control Thyristor 820Kw rated panels for a multi national oil corporation. The panels are due to be shipped to the Middle East shortly, following comprehensive testing.
International build standards are crucial and we are just as happy building a panel to the North American UL standard as we are using the European CE norm. Vinny also notes that Denca can design and build panels for systems from low voltage up to 415V, as well as pneumatic and hydraulically driven Control Panels.
One Stop Shop
Denca also offers a design and consultancy service so if you need a new Control Panel we can help at every stage:
- Concept
- Design
- Build
- Installation
- Testing
- Commissioning.
If you are looking for a one-stop shop, Denca can also develop any software that might be needed.
Cost-Effective Refurbishment
As well as designing and building new panels, we often find that refurbishing an existing Control Panel can offer a highly cost-effective solution. We can provide everything from a complete range of new electrical control components to a more straightforward clean and tidy up.
Vinny’s team can also analyse existing panel design to see if any improvements to the energy consumption can be made; an important factor in today’s high energy cost and carbon emission conscious environment.
