Over the past six months, we have made a number of deliberate and strategic investments in improving our workshop facilities. This initiative is driven by our commitment to long‑term growth. Furthermore, it enables us to deliver an even higher standard of service for our customers. By enhancing the way we test, store and manage our manufacturing facility, we are increasing efficiency and improving safety. We have also created the capacity to support more complex and higher‑volume projects. These improvements are not just about infrastructure, they reflect our investment in the future of the business to ensure reliability, responsiveness and quality remain at the heart of everything we do.

A major focus has been the upgrade of our testing area. We have introduced dedicated testing bays that allow multiple projects to be tested simultaneously, reducing bottlenecks and turnaround times. Operator visibility has been improved through the installation of overhead spotlights, while closed‑circuit electricity enables safer, failsafe testing procedures. In addition, warning lights now clearly indicate when a test bay is live, reinforcing our commitment to safety for both our team and visitors alike. These enhancements allow for more controlled, accurate and efficient testing, directly supporting consistent product quality for our customers.
Alongside testing upgrades, we have also expanded our stores by adding a second mezzanine floor, effectively doubling available space. This has created safer and more efficient manoeuvring through the stores and improved organisation of bonded stock. By holding bonded stock with established suppliers, we are also reducing lead times in production, enabling faster response to customer requirements. Together, these store improvements strengthen position to support future demand. Another clear example of how Denca is evolving today in order to provide a better quality and more reliable service tomorrow.
