Mike Darlington has gone above and beyond recently to attend a customer’s site on Christmas Eve, even going so far as cancelling holiday time, to ensure our customers high pressure production lines could continue. Mike’s impressive duty of care has been recognised by management and those around him.

Brian Redikin
Brian Redikin has been recognised by management after our client he was working for expressed their satisfaction of his outstanding work on their site. Brian was called for out-of-hours work on short notice to attend breakdown works and with him being so flexible he was quick to attend.

Lee Martin
Lee has been recognised this month for the Denca FAIR award due to the large amount of effort and work he put in over the Christmas period. Denca’s staff was hit with a large number of Covid related absences and Lee went above and beyond to make sure that customers remained satisfied by even going so far as cancelling his own holidays and plans so that he could cover his colleagues and make sure these works were completed.

Marc Mahony
Mark has been recognised by management this month for his continued support and going above and beyond for one of our customers over the Christmas period. Marc was known to attend site at short notice and voluntarily stay until unsociable hours to ensure customers were satisfied and fully operational before leaving.
