This Months Winner...
Gill Wilbourne
Gill is this month’s recipient of the Denca FAIR award and not for the first time. She exhibits what it means to be a FAIR employee day in day out. Her spectrum of responsibilities is vast and she is flexible enough to help everyone around her when they seek help outside of her tasks. She has been proficient at adapting to her new monthly financial reporting deadlines and innovative when it comes to improving any of her new payroll process’ that save her valuable time. Thanks for always being on hand, Gill! Very well deserved.

Dave Dewsnap
Deadlines have been particularly tight this month and Dave has delivered on multiple full design projects under pressure. He hasn’t waivered and instead been resourceful enough to utilise the engineering team in all measures of skills and capabilities to exceed expectations. A glowing example of the FAIR award, he repeatedly produces work deemed as excellent both internally and beyond our walls into customer hands. Great work Dave, well done!

Scott McLaughlin
Scott continues to demonstrate results far exceeding what is expected of him at his level in the graduate scheme. Of note, last month he has received glowing feedback on his progression and ability based on the work he’s completed for two of our valued customers, not just from his peers, but unprompted from customers too. His PLC and SCADA training has come on a long way as he’s settled into his new career and shows he is willing and eager to prove his proficiency in the role. Well done, Scott! Keep up the hard work.

Brian Redikin
Brian consistently demonstrates his flexibility in his role and this month he’s been recognised for taking on a difficult and technical project away from home and he refused to slow down until the job was done. The glowing and unprompted feedback from a very satisfied customer only serves to confirm this and vindicates his FAIR award. Thanks for putting in the hard work, Brian. Well done!

Lewis Elder
Lewis has this month proved himself, once again, a more than worthy recipient of the FAIR award as he took the lead on a large and complex project with extremely tight deadlines with impressive results. Lewis started with us as a graduate in 2022 and now holds his CMI Level 4 Management and Leadership qualification which he used to great effect in this case to handle the associated pressure. He worked long hours and has been flexible throughout the entire process to ensure our customer was happy with the final delivery. Exemplary performance, Lewis. Well done!

Jack Coulter
The same sentiment has been shared across both of our FAIR recipients this month as Jack and Jackson have demonstrated their commitment to their roles as part of the Denca engineering team. Several colleagues put their name forward alongside recognition from senior level management. Their enthusiastic energy and due diligence when learning all the new responsibilities that encompasses being a first year apprentice have been nothing short of exemplary. You’ve hit the ground running gents, thanks for showing the initiative!
