Brian Redikin
Brian consistently demonstrates his flexibility in his role and this month he’s been recognised for taking on a difficult and technical project away from home and he refused to slow down until the job was done. The glowing and unprompted feedback from a very satisfied customer only serves to confirm this and vindicates his FAIR award. Thanks for putting in the hard work, Brian. Well done!

Lewis Elder
Lewis has this month proved himself, once again, a more than worthy recipient of the FAIR award as he took the lead on a large and complex project with extremely tight deadlines with impressive results. Lewis started with us as a graduate in 2022 and now holds his CMI Level 4 Management and Leadership qualification which he used to great effect in this case to handle the associated pressure. He worked long hours and has been flexible throughout the entire process to ensure our customer was happy with the final delivery. Exemplary performance, Lewis. Well done!

Owen Hodkinson
The Software Department has been exceptionally busy throughout May and Owen has had to go beyond what is typically asked of a graduate engineer. His abilities have been tested and he’s certainly proved himself by taking the pressure off of his colleagues and dealing with challenging projects, often on site face-to-face with customers. Alongside Scott, Owen has excelled with his output and proficiency that is expected of a graduate. His FAIR award is very well deserved.

Scott McLaughlin
Pharmaceutical documentation is a deeply detailed task that is held to very strict standards and Scott has excelled in his commitments over the past month. The flexibility he has exhibited, working short notice over weekends, has earned him the FAIR award and beyond that he is always raring to assist and learn from the software department wherever he can be an asset. Scott continues to raise the bar above what is expected of a graduate and we’re pleased to have him on board.
