Simon has been an exemplary member of the software department. Not only has he led the operation of two large projects, but on top of that he has actively made sure that the youngest members of the team have been involved in what he’s doing, paving the way for our next generation of talented engineers. The pressure has been on the department recently and Simon has been a role model for those around him as he is always available to lend his hand or insight.
