This month Shaun has been recognised by management for his response to being sent on multiple sites working away from home and at short notice. Shaun took this news in his stride and accepted his responsibility, which was more than appreciated. He completed his work, not just to a satisfactory level, but to a standard of excellence that didn’t go unnoticed.
