John Dollard is a bastion of customer relations at Denca, never has there ever been a more empathetic man when it comes to attitude towards customer needs. Recently we were left short on labour at the site of a valued customer and John stepped up to the plate to assist and the feedback we got back on his attitude and efficiency was nothing short of excellent.
