Paul Boscoe
Paul only joined our team in March last year and I’m sure you will agree, he has been a tremendous asset to the project management team from the outset.
Paul’s attitude to taking the company forward was immediately evident and to his credit he was quick to progress any sales opportunity he found, this enthusiasm soon led to a number of successes in winning work. Paul recently managed to add an even larger feather to his cap by successfully winning a large order with a brand new customer, Guenthers Bakeries. Guenthers are a very successful bakery who supply McDonalds with nearly a billion burger buns every year. Paul has worked hard over recent months to secure this work and for that he wins the recognition of this FAIR award.
Well done Paul and hopefully this is the first of many orders from your new customer and just as importantly hopefully it’s the first of many FAIR awards.

John Dollard
John Dollard is a bastion of customer relations at Denca, never has there ever been a more empathetic man when it comes to attitude towards customer needs. Recently we were left short on labour at the site of a valued customer and John stepped up to the plate to assist and the feedback we got back on his attitude and efficiency was nothing short of excellent. Well done John, very well deserved.

Matt Jones
Matt has been recognised for this month’s FAIR award by management after his results truly reflect his attitude for success. Whenever Matt is given a task there is never any resistance when it comes to getting out of the starting blocks. His ‘get-it-done’ mentality means he’s always quick to provide a solution and keen for more work. This doesn’t go unnoticed and we appreciate your hard work. Well done Matt!

Lee Martin
Lee started his work with Denca as an apprentice in 2010. He started in the panel shop as all our apprentices do learning the ropes of industrial automation and since then he’s found his home in the technician department.
Recently during a particularly busy period and during holiday season we were in need of an Instrumentation Supervisor to manage our labour and Lee stepped up to the plate. His ability to adapt and the feedback we’ve had of his efforts in this role made him a sure thing for this month’s FAIR Award. Well done Lee!

Matt Boon
Matt has been recognised for the September FAIR award by his management after demonstrating his flexibility and commitment to deliver excellent results day in day out. In September we had a large, time-sensitive project that needed unbridled attention and Matt took the challenge in his stride with long hours over seven day work weeks and the feedback we received from the customer proves he was right for the task. Well done Matt, very well deserved!

Ste Jones
I challenge you to find a time when Ste Jones wasn’t delivering results. Impossible. Fabrication. Slander. You cannot, and it’s for this very reason Ste has been recognised and received another FAIR Award. He has successfully completed a high pressure shutdown, working long hours throughout August he managed to impress one of our largest customers and also assisted our operations team with departmental organisation showcasing his flexibility and again his ability to deliver results. Thanks Ste and congratulations.
