Ste Charman
Ste was one of a three man team that have been on site throughout the entirety of a project for a valued customer and their feedback has unknowingly earned all three of them the August FAIR award. Hearing from our customers about the outstanding work we’ve been able to offer is deeply gratifying and vindicates our hard efforts and due diligence in sending the correct technician for the job. Ian Raisman
Ian’s innovative approach to software solutions were the source of an abundant well of positive feedback from customers this month. He has been permanently assigned on site for a long time now and we’ve learnt that his efforts to assist, consistently go above and beyond during particularly difficult periods. His recognition for a FAIR Award this month have been truly deserved. Well done, Ian!

Adam Kelly
Adam has integrated quickly and efficiently into our engineering department and his efforts have been recognised by management this month. His knowledge in this area has meant he was quick to become a point of contact for those around him and he has jumped at the opportunity to get involved with large system quotations. The results he’s delivered have been nothing short of exemplary and we’re confident in our decision to grant him with this month’s FAIR Award.

Rory Higgins
Rory has been awarded this month with the FAIR award for demonstrating his flexibility assisting the technician department throughout a particularly important project. His engineering capability has been nothing short of excellent and we wouldn’t have been able to get across the line without his efforts. This goes alongside the projects he is already excelling at in his own department. Well done, Rory! Your achievements this month thoroughly deserves to be recognised.

Luke Jones
This month we’re confident in saying Luke has wholeheartedly demonstrated what it means to be a FAIR candidate. Having only recently finished his apprenticeship and joined the Denca team, we are thrilled at the feedback we’ve received on his performance from the installation department. His skills far outweigh his experience, the results he’s shown have gone beyond what was expected and this month’s FAIR award is truly deserved. Well done, Luke!

The day-to-day communication and flexibility to work under pressure has led to some excellent feedback from our customer making Phil an obvious choice for this award. He has taken on a lot of responsibility whilst working away from home and been able to deliver wholeheartedly on Denca’s promise of excellence.
