This Months Winner...
Craig Bate
Craig has been pulled from pillar to post this month as his busy day-to-day schedule doesn’t usually allow him the time to assist on projects. This month has been unprecedented for the amount of intensive projects that needed to get over the line and Craig has demonstrated his flexibility yet again by jumping from his usual workload to assist. Tight deadlines had the potential to be missed but with his help we were able to successfully achieve the high level of customer satisfaction we strive for. We appreciate the hard work and effort Craig and your FAIR award is well deserved.
This Months Winner...
Rory Higgins
The flexibility of our team has been demonstrated in droves this month and Rory is another excellent example of this as he was needed on some critical design projects but was already on annual leave as the deadline loomed. Nonetheless he volunteered to move his time off and attend the office to assist without hesitation. This dedication was recognised by management and his FAIR award is wholly deserved.

Jack Wenham
Jack’s willingness, motivation and initiative to progress his apprenticeship has yielded great results this month as the people around him, colleagues and customers alike, have been quick to sing his praises. Jack has made great efforts to improve and it hasn’t gone unnoticed, he truly deserves this month’s FAIR award and we appreciate his hard work. Well done!
This Months Winner...
Rhys Daly
Rhys has demonstrated his flexibility this month as he volunteered to be involved in the away from home work which is valuable experience for an apprentice. This came at a time when the extra labour would be welcome as the technician department was in a particularly busy period. This wasn’t the only time Rhys has proved himself as an asset as he routinely goes above and beyond by working weekends and assisting on critical projects. Congrats Rhys.

Richard Ballentine
Richard was one of a three man team that have been on site throughout the entirety of a project for a valued customer and their feedback has unknowingly earned all three of them the August FAIR award. Hearing from our customers about the outstanding work we’ve been able to offer Is deeply gratifying and vindicates our hard efforts and due diligence in sending the correct technician for the job.
