Matt Beardmore
Although Matt isn’t someone you’ll see in the office very often, being one of our very few work from home employees, you better believe he’s putting in as much effort.
Matt joined the team in June and has hit the ground running with his role in the data department and day in day out he completes his tasks with minimal direction and supervision.

Steve Nevitt
This month Steve has been selected for the Denca FAIR award not for one thing in particular but for his entire work ethic over the recent months. Steve has gone above and beyond in order to meet targets, perform consistently and satisfy customer requests even when it meant he would have to go the extra mile.

This Months Winner...
David Goodier
David Goodier is one of the newer members to our Project Management division but despite that, it has been recognised by management and his peers that he has settled in really well and he’s embraced Denca systems and culture seamlessly. He has integrated himself with many customers and we are receiving great feedback from them too.

This Months Winner...
Tony Starkey
Throughout November, Tony has been focusing his time and energy towards manufacture for one of our valued customers and the feedback he has received from both management and our contacts have been exceptional. Quality is at the heart of what we do here at Denca and Tony has been an exemplary employee of what that means to us all. Well done and keep up the hard work!

Drew Conroy
We are very pleased to recognise Drew for his flexibility and commitment to his work over the past month. One of our valued customers got in touch to recognise the impressive support he has offered on their project. Drew has been committed to the results of this work from start to finish and he was an easy choice for this month’s FAIR award.

Shaun Derbyshire
This month Shaun has been recognised by management for his response to being sent on multiple sites working away from home and at short notice. Shaun took this news in his stride and accepted his responsibility, which was more than appreciated. He completed his work, not just to a satisfactory level, but to a standard of excellence that didn’t go unnoticed.
