Robert was taken on in January to lead a demanding project for a key client that had a small margin for error. He has voluntarily worked under huge pressure, working long hours and he has absolutely delivered. His leadership skills and professional attitude has been nothing short of exemplary and he has left both management and customers thrilled with the results. Well done, Rob!

This month, like many others, Sean has proved himself to be an essential member of the manufacturing team by showcasing his control skills and experience and delivering impressive results. Jay continues to demonstrate excellence in every area of his work with an enthusiastic attitude that leaves all of us thoroughly impressed. Last month he worked long hours commissioning a complex technical project with extremely tight deadlines and he done so with resounding professionalism. Demonstrating flexibility, Katie has took on her new customer liaison role alongside her existing administrative duties. An opportunity for business development was recognised and Katie was identified as possessing the talent to fill the position, and she has done so with an air of excitement, appreciation and professionalism.
