This Months Winner...
Zoltan Gilicze
Zoltan has been recognised by management throughout the month of August for his ability to maintain composure as a mentor towards apprentices and new members of staff around him in his department, all whilst under pressure of completing his own projects. If you are ever in the office late, there’s a good chance you’ll find Zoltan still hard at work and it was exactly this that ensured a customer’s control panel was tested and ready for a fast delivery. Well done Zoltan, very well deserved.

Dave Myler
Dave has been nominated for the FAIR award this month for his outstanding level of flexibility committing to an issue that needed immediate attention. Dave was scheduled for a day off when an issue occurred at a customer site down in Essex and he volunteered to be the technician to attend which was no small feat as the following week he was scheduled to be at a different site working away. As always, Dave delivered the positive results that he’s known for. Well done Dave, very well deserved.

Guy Newman
Writing code is at the heart of our Data department and it’s no stroll in the park. Guy was recognised throughout June by his colleagues in the department for writing some exceptionally innovative code and not only that but quickly achieving the desired results. If you know anything about writing code you’ll know it’s typically a lengthy process of trial and error and results are far from guaranteed. Well done Guy, your recognition this month is well deserved!

Joe Preidt
Joe has been a prime example of flexibility this month as he has been assisting in the technician department during a recent busy spell. He took to the roll extremely well as our customers and his co-workers have both mentioned his work ethic and how well he integrated into the team. The feedback that management has received made him a sure choice for a FAIR award.

Lewis Elder
Lewis is one part of the team of software engineers who have been working with Heinz through their shutdown period and it’s been pointed out by our contact over there that the work him and his peers have been putting in has consistently gone above and beyond what was expected of them. We are immensely proud of our whole team’s attitude and professionalism so to have our feelings externally validated makes this month’s FAIR award an easy choice.

Rob Alexander
Rob has not been part of the team for long but the praise we’ve been having on his work and the way he conducts himself whilst representing Denca has been nothing short of commendable. Project management and customers alike have all taken the time out of their day to let us know that he’s doing a good job. Well done Rob and thanks for hitting the ground running!
