Dave’s innovative approach to managing a difficult situation this month has landed him the FAIR award as he juggled multiple projects all leading to successful delivery. He took on a pro-active support role, all without guidance from management, and with a resounding air of professionalism that Denca can be proud of. Ste Rowe
Ste has proved himself to be a vital component this month for his services on a time-critical project that needed the extra push to get it over the line. He took on extra responsibilities outside of his usual workload and the successful results he delivered were nothing short of outstanding. We truly appreciate the hard effort on show and furthermore the whole site team were on hand to celebrate his award. Well done Ste!
This Months Winner...
Lewis Elder
This month we’ve recognised the outstanding effort Lewis has gone to in order to deliver the quality of service we are known across the industry for. The most recent job that he’s been involved with needed that extra push to get it over the line and he rose to the challenge of taking on a leadership role to do so. This particular project, for one of our key customers, had a flexible specification that presented a difficult obstacle for the engineers involved. Nevertheless, Lewis proved his dedication to the successful delivery and done so with impressive results. We truly appreciate the hard work put in and this month’s FAIR award is well deserved.

Tom Hussey
Tom has yet again shown his proficiency throughout his time as an apprentice and this month especially, he has demonstrated that he’s capable of going above and beyond the responsibilities asked of him. Time critical projects have meant that it was necessary for him to be an influential member of the team under very challenging conditions. This was met with a steadfast attitude and a resilience to faltering under pressure. Tom’s results speak volumes.

Marc Mahony
Marc has demonstrated resounding flexibility by completing yet another complex software project that was in need of assistance. His demeanour and professionalism whilst working away from home has been an inspiration to all of us and he is well deserved of this months FAIR award. Well done Marc!

Dave successfully demonstrated his leadership capabilities this month as he continues to orchestrate the successful delivery of a challenging project for a valued customer whilst under pressure.
