Steve Jones
Steve has proved himself once again after taking on the lion’s share of operational responsibilities during a busy holiday period, completely unprompted and without aid. It’s likely the same all over the country that around the summer months the staff of any business take the opportunity to enjoy some down time away from the office and it leads to some disruption in the management chain. Denca is no exception and this year was uncharacteristically busy. No stranger to initiative, Steve took on the extra responsibility in his stride and once again proved himself as a worthy nomination of this month’s FAIR award. Well done Steve!
This Months Winner...
Ste Rowe
Ste Rowe has been an exemplary member of the Denca site staff this month as circumstances led to the requirement of some additional temporary Supervision on site. He had the initiative to quickly jump into the role and organise the colleagues around him. The work that has since been completed under his supervision has been excellent. Well done Ste you’re very well deserved of the FAIR award this month.

Steve Nevitt
Steve is our Health and Safety officer and it can and often goes unnoticed the amount of work that goes into this role to make the work we do on and off site safe for us. This month he has been recognised by management for the particularly challenging internal and external audits he’s done regarding Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety. He has took this in his stride and not raised an eyebrow once to the amount of labour that’s involved in getting all of these accreditations in line to make us a complicit and safe place to work. Well done Steve and thanks for being an inspiration to all those around you for delivering these excellent results.
This Months Winner...
Tom Hussey
Tom has proved his flexibility and dedication this month after volunteering his service over long hours for a valued customer. He has been working twelve hour days to assist a project in which the deadline was approaching. As one of our valued apprentices, this level of work is especially commendable. He took this opportunity to learn what it is to be a valuable member of the installation team and his FAIR award is definitely well earned.

Paul Boscoe
This is not the first time Paul has earned the FAIR award and he has yet again proved his ability to garner results. Over several months, he has been an exemplary asset to the project management team for covering various sizeable projects and again demonstrated his commitment to the further success of Denca after winning more large projects. He’s done this all with an air of professionalism and due diligence. Well done Paul and thank you for being an upstanding member of the team!

Rhys Daly
Rhys is currently doing his term in the Engineering department and the feedback from his peers regarding his performance and contributions have been nothing but outstanding. Alongside his efforts in the office, management has been thrilled to hear that his attendance and work at college has been equally impressive. Well done Rhys, very impressive start with us!
