Bob Charman embodied what it means to be a FAIR employee at Denca as he professionally and immediately acted in an emergency situation. As one of our employees was experiencing an unexpected seizure, Bob naturally responded with the correct procedures to ensure our employee had the medical attention he needed.

Alan Rowan
Alan Rowan has been recognised for this month’s FAIR award after he instinctively performed the correct shutdown procedures in an unprompted accidental scenario at the site of one of our customers. Alan immediately raised the incident to the customer and was proactive in the investigation to ensure the risk for recurrence was reduced. This made him the perfect candidate for this month’s award.

Gareth has been nominated by his colleagues and recognised by management this month for his continued standard of performance in his work on both his own and his peers customer projects.
