This Months Winner...
Clare Callaghan
Clare is an integral part of the project management team and especially so throughout a busy holiday period in August. Like many companies around that time, a lot of our team enjoyed some well-earned annual leave and this left Clare shouldering the lion’s share of the responsibility in her department. Seeing this as an opportunity, she proved herself as a candidate for the FAIR award by covering the tasks of her colleagues without any waiver in quality or commitment. Clare delivers outstanding results month after month and her recognition is truly deserved. Well done!
This Months Winner...
Katie Flanagan
Katie is one of two members of the front of house team here at Denca to cover the mass workload required for our growing company. Circumstances led to her being the sole organiser keeping the company running through most of July and she has took this workload in her stride without any murmurs of a complaint. Katie has become a crucial part of the team since she joined and it’s a pleasure to see her grow alongside the companies goals for success. Not only has she handled the responsibilities required of her but she has been the key organiser in orchestrating our mid-year night out in a new venue to a resounding success. Thanks Katie, well done!

Aiden Walsh
Aiden is coming up to his first completed year of apprenticeship and he has been showing dedicated initiative since his inception. He’s demonstrated the versatile skills expected of a Denca Engineer as he has proved his ability to cover several different roles and responsibilities with excellent results. This Months Winner...
Rob Alexander
This month Rob has delivered results far above what is typically expected of an installation supervisor. A large installation project, like what he has been a part of, requires constant and immediate attention. When the work went through a high pressure outage he was there on hand to deliver an excellent service and ensure everything ran smoothly. He was nominated by his co-workers for the award and the calibre of work correlates directly to the criteria for a FAIR award. Well done Rob!

Marc Mahony
Marc has been an instrumental part of a large project this month and was an easy choice for our FAIR award. Management has recognised his dedication to being a flexible member of the software team as despite the tight deadlines put in place in order to meet a very tight timeframe, Marc was able to manage his schedule in a way to execute his responsibilities with ease. Marc has proved himself time and time again and he truly deserves his spotlight for July. Well done!

Rory Higgins
Rory is an established Design Engineer within Denca but his flexibility as an effective member amongst other department knows no bounds as he has proved himself on site assisting the installation and commissioning departments with a lot of difficult tasks during a time critical shutdown. Being willing to go the extra mile to serve our customers is what makes Rory the perfect Candidate for this month’s FAIR award, well done and continue the hard work!
