Tom Hussey
Tom has been an inspiration to those around him this month as he demonstrated commitment and an unparalleled dedication to furthering his skills and knowledge. He was tested over Easter on a difficult shutdown at a large and important customer of ours and shown his ability to adapt to a new situation he was unaccustomed with. Nonetheless he never faltered and was a credit to the Denca site team. Well done on your commitment and effort over April, well deserved FAIR award.

Conor Rothwell
Conor’s initiative has truly been exemplary this month as he has shown the commitment to improving his skills and knowledge when it comes to ATEX systems and procedures. ATEX is a difficult element of the technician’s department to achieve and comes with a stringent set of rules and disciplines to master when working in explosive atmospheres. He has being proactive in pushing his knowledge further and took a leading role in the ATEX team and for this reason he is an excellent candidate for the FAIR Award. Well done Conor!

Tom has only been with us since December and the way he has embedded himself into the team with a positive attitude and motivation for success has set a new level of what we hope to see from new members. Jay is constantly recognised as a reputable member of the Denca team by going above and beyond for one of our biggest customers, the feedback we receive time and time again reflects this. He has impressed to the point of being requested back to site on several occasions. His work ethic and drive for completing the job to an exceptional standard has rightly earned him this months FAIR award. Well done Jay!

Lewis is a part of Denca’s graduates program and has continued to improve from day one, his work has come to be an exceptional standard that hasn’t gone unnoticed. His commitment to learn is evident as he continually volunteers for tricky tasks whether at home or away (recently doing a job abroad alone), providing that the work is completed to an exceptional standard and he has the opportunity to learn along the way. Well done for demonstrating your potential Lewis, your FAIR award is very much deserved.
