Drew Conroy
Drew has proved his flexibility this month after willingly attending multiple call outs in order to resolve an intricate and complex issue at one of our customer’s sites. Word has been passed onto management about his unrelenting efforts and due diligence so his award this month is truly deserved. Well done Drew!
This Months Winner...
Paul Baker
Paul Baker has been an outstanding member of the installation team over the years and he has proved himself yet again on an important project we’ve had recently. As well as that he is always there to lend his ear and pass on his knowledge to our apprentices as they learn the ropes of the industry. Over the past few weekends he has been especially flexible by offering his time on weekends on yet another demanding job to meet an extremely strict timeframe. Well done Paul, your nomination and successful FAIR award is well deserved and a testament to your abilities.

Simon Gannon
The results from Simon’s efforts seem to know no bounds as he has demonstrated on a recent project. One of our customers has leaned on us with some particularly demanding and complicated software issues. Simon has not only taken these in his stride and resolved the issues but has managed to secure more orders for the future with his exemplary performance. Well done Simon, you’re an excellent role model to the department and this is a very well deserved FAIR award.

Chris Taylor
Chris has been working at a customer’s site that we have been working at for nearly ten years. For more than twelve months, Chris has been stationed at their office and the feedback we’re receiving from what is a valued customer has been nothing short of excellent. Chris has had to integrate into a completely different team and be a representative for the Denca brand all whilst being an engineering consultant for their integral projects.
Demonstrating results in uncertain circumstances is a sure manifestation of the Denca Fair Award and this month your award has truly found a home in the right hands. Well done Chris and keep up the good work!

John Dollard
John Dollard has been an instrumental team member to the Panel Workshop since he started back in 2022 and not only that but he’s been a key player in terms of providing support to our customers on their sites when the time comes. John has been nominated by Paul Boscoe, the project manager overseeing a Survey & Installation Project for a valued customer, for proving his flexibility by working a twelve hour shift on a Saturday in Gomersal.
Voluntarily allocating time for work outside of your contracted hours for a vital customer and their needed support is an admirable deed that doesn’t go unnoticed or unrewarded and it’s the type of flexibility that we like to promote here at Denca. Thanks for dedicating your time to us John you’ve earned this month’s FAIR award, well done!
This Months Winner...
Joe Preidt
Since Joe has moved into the technicians department he has proved his flexibility in strides time and time again. Not only by demonstrating his willingness to learn new skills amongst new people, he has gone above and beyond by working tirelessly over the Christmas break.
Over the Christmas period, Joe volunteered to work every week day and weekend and only took the Bank Holidays off as we attended several sites for much valued customers, he also did so with no complaints or grumbles. He was prompt, diligent and efficient in his work during a time where most of us wanted nothing more than to have our feet up by the fire. Not only did it earn you a great reputation amongst your peers Joe, and plenty of plaudits as well, it’s also earned you a well deserved FAIR award! Well done Joe, keep it up!
