Tom has only been with us since December and the way he has embedded himself into the team with a positive attitude and motivation for success has set a new level of what we hope to see from new members. The results he has achieved from one of our largest customers has been outstanding and we’re thrilled to dedicate one of this month’s FAIR awards to him. Excellent work Tom and keep it up!

Jay is constantly recognised as a reputable member of the Denca team by going above and beyond for one of our biggest customers, the feedback we receive time and time again reflects this. He has impressed to the point of being requested back to site on several occasions. His work ethic and drive for completing the job to an exceptional standard has rightly earned him this months FAIR award. Well done Jay!

Lewis Diprose
Lewis is a part of Denca’s graduates program and has continued to improve from day one, his work has come to be an exceptional standard that hasn’t gone unnoticed. His commitment to learn is evident as he continually volunteers for tricky tasks whether at home or away (recently doing a job abroad alone), providing that the work is completed to an exceptional standard and he has the opportunity to learn along the way. Well done for demonstrating your potential Lewis, your FAIR award is very much deserved.

Sam Saville
Sam is a long serving employee, he’s now been with the company for over 10 years and his commitment to being an outstanding member of the team knows no bounds. Management has recognised his flexibility this month as over the Christmas period he was still working long days taking the lead on calibrations for our customers. He was leading by example as all the while he was assisting the apprentices with their learning experience by taking them under his wing throughout. Thanks Sam, you’ve exhibited what it truly means to earn the FAIR award.

By stepping up to support the department when it was needed most, he’s demonstrated his reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
