Sam Saville
Sam is a long serving employee, he’s now been with the company for over 10 years and his commitment to being an outstanding member of the team knows no bounds. Management has recognised his flexibility this month as over the Christmas period he was still working long days taking the lead on calibrations for our customers. He was leading by example as all the while he was assisting the apprentices with their learning experience by taking them under his wing throughout. Thanks Sam, you’ve exhibited what it truly means to earn the FAIR award.

Zoltan’s dedication and professionalism has truly shined this month. By stepping up to support the department when it was needed most, he’s demonstrated his reliability and ability to work as part of a team. Beyond this, his proactive attitude towards improving the department has not gone unnoticed by management and those around him. Your commitment to make a positive change and contributing to a more efficient and effective workplace sets a fantastic example for all of us. Rory Higgins
Rory’s ability to manage his time and responsibilities has been tested this month but despite the demand he has demonstrated his exceptional skills as a design engineer across multiple projects. He has proved himself time and time again and in this instance, he has exhibited his flexibility by making himself available well beyond his contracted hours and even into the weekends. You’ve truly earned the FAIR award this month Rory and we appreciate your efforts!

Karen Hill
Karen has been a part of the team for nearly two months now, the positivity and proactivity she has demonstrated has been nothing short of admirable and to give her the spotlight for this month’s FAIR award is the least we could do. As the lead role in purchasing, she is a contact to each and every department, feedback has reached management from far and wide regarding her ability to tackle problems effectively. Karen is an important member in the Denca workflow and had some big boots to fill but she has wholeheartedly and immediately integrated with the team. Well done and keep up the good work Karen!

Shaun Derbyshire
Shaun, in Design Engineering, has an expansive portfolio of skills and this month he has been recognised specifically for his initiative that he’s exhibited across several high-pressure jobs. The jobs that he was planned in for were particularly time sensitive and he has had no need for micro-management as he’s used his time efficiently and effectively across each area he was needed. His ability to be flexible with his responsibilities whilst delivering results has what earned him this month’s FAIR award. Well done Shaun.
